- KANE SPRINGS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT BOARD OF TRUSTEES MEETING Public Meeting Agenda June 25, 2025, at 12:00 PM or as soon as practicable thereafter Anchor Location: 1813 Kane Springs Road (Onsite Construction Structure) Moab, UT 84532 The Board of Trustees of the Kane Springs Improvement District (the 'District') will meet in public session to hold a Board Meeting on June 25, 2025, at 12:00 PM. The meeting will be a hybrid meeting with the anchor location held at 1813 Kane Springs Road (Onsite Construction Structure), Echo Canyon, Grand County, Utah 84532, with optional electronic participation by the Board. The public is welcome to attend the Board Meeting. The Agenda includes the following items: AGENDA 1. Welcome, roll call, and confirmation of quorum 2. Approval of minutes from prior meeting(s). 3. Public Hearing Items. a. Tentative amended budget for fiscal year ending June 30, 2025. b. Tentative budget for fiscal year ending June 30, 2026. 4. Discussion/Action Items a. Adoption of amended budget for fiscal year ending June 30, 2025. b. Adoption of final budget for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026. 5. Potential closed session to discuss the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual, pending or reasonably imminent litigation, the sale or purchase of real property, and/or other matters as permitted by Utah Code ยงยง 52-4-204 through 205 (if needed, motion and majority vote required to proceed). 6. Adjourn
