- PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that there will be a PUBLIC MEETING of the MIDA GOLF AND EQUESTRIAN PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT Date and time: Thursday, June 19, 2025 at 2:00 pm Location: N/A. This meeting will be held electronically via Zoom. Information to attend virtually: To hear or view the meeting and to provide comments to the board via Zoom webinar platform, register in advance using this link: https://us06web.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_oTBXaiSJQ_O77qD6eAh0gA Agenda 1. Welcome to the public by Board Chair Mike Ostermiller, Vice Chair, Gary Harter, and board members Karl McMillan, Nicole Cottle, and Tyler Aldous. 2. Review and approval of the May 13, 2025 meeting minutes. 3. Proposed budget presentation for fiscal year 2025-2026 4. Public hearing to consider the proposed budget for Fiscal Year 2025-2026. 5. Consideration of Resolution 2025-02: Adopting a Budget for Fiscal Year 2025-2026. 6. Annual Open and Public Meetings Act Training 7. Adjourn. The next scheduled meeting is Tuesday, August 12, 2025, at 2:00 pm.
