- Notice is hereby given that the Hooper City Council will hold a work meeting at 5:30pm on Tuesday, June 24, 2025, at the Hooper Municipal Building located at 5580 W 4600 S Hooper, UT 84315. Work Meeting - 5:30pm 1. Meeting Called to Order 2. Action Items a. Motion (Roll call vote): Resolution No. 2025-04; Authorizing an increase in sewer, solid waste and storm water collection rates. 3. Discussion of Terrestrada LLC development a. Discussion and consideration of possible motion of conditional approval general plan amendment b. Discussion and consideration of possible motion of conditional approval for rezone request c. Discussion and consideration of conditional approval subject to finalization of development agreements for Terrestrada LLC. 4. Adjournment
