Katrina Gifford Motion to begin meeting: Second: Motion to approve May meeting minutes: Second: Monthly Subcommittee Check-in Reports Conduct subcommittee monthly check-in reports from subcommittee heads: Preservation (Amanda Rojas, Chris Schow) - Discuss first project of 2025. (Amanda) - Debrief the city's June 11 Main Street kickoff meeting (Laurel). - Outline the Utah Main Street Program next steps (Laurel). Community Outreach (Amy Wadley) - Debrief the June 18 Locust Avenue Historic Homes Walking Tour. - Outline the 2025 walking tour schedule (July and August). Archives (Sharalyn Howcroft)) Discuss: - Website development for the Timpanogos Times - Andrew Hansen land patent - Oral histories/video interviews History & Publications (Laurel Cunningham) - They Came to Battle Creek biography book is finished and ready for printing. Will release in September for Heritage Festival. - Illustrated children's book is paused due to artist's availability. Other Business Items 1. Discuss proactive steps to prevent historic structure demolitions. 2. Update the status of the Old Town Hall furnishings. 3. Stacy Martineau-Discuss Heritage Festival help. Dates to Calendar - Monday, July 21 July historic homes walking tour (200 South from 400 East to 200 East), 7 PM - Monday, August 18 August historic homes walking tour (500 East near 500 North), 7 PM - Monday, September 8 Heritage Festival, 5 PM to 8 PM Next PGHPC Meeting: Thursday, July 17, 7 PM at the Old Town Hall
