Acceptance of minutes from June 11, 2025, Approval of Agenda 4. Citizen Input: Questions and comments for Mayor & Council - Comments should be limited to not more than three (3) minutes. This is the time and place for any person who wishes to comment on non-agenda items and items that are relevant to the authority of the City Council. Items brought forward to the attention of the City Council will be turned over to staff to provide a response outside of the City Council meeting. 5. Council Business: a. NPPD Update b. Mayor/Staff Reports 6. Action Items: a. Consider a request from DWA to do a 4:00am concrete pour at the new elementary school b. PUBLIC HEARING: Consideration of a proposed resolution amending the 2024-2025 Hyde Park City budget. Resolution 2025-10 c. PUBLIC HEARING: Consideration of a proposed Ordinance enacting compensation increases for specific city officers. Ordinance 2025-16 d. PUBLIC HEARING: Consideration of a proposed Ordinance establishing a tax on the gross receipts of telecommunication service providers. Ordinance 2025-13 e. PUBLIC HEARING: Consideration of a proposed Ordinance adopting a municipal transient room tax. Ordinance 2025-14 f. PUBLIC HEARING: Consideration of a proposed Ordinance imposing an energy and use tax under the municipal sales and use tax. Ordinance 2025-15 g. Consider Resolution 2025-06 - A resolution accepting a petition for annexation of certain real property. 7. Adjourn:
