- KAYSVILLE CITY OFFICIAL NOTICE MUNICIPAL PRIMARY ELECTION June 16, 2021 I, Annemarie Plaizier, Kaysville City Recorder, hereby give notice of the Municipal Primary Election that will be held on Tuesday, August 10, 2021. Voters must be citizens of the United States; residents of the voting precinct in which they are voting; and 18 years old, or older by the General Election in order to participate. A sample ballot for the upcoming election is available to be viewed on the city's website, www.kaysvillecity.com, or in person at Kaysville City Hall, 23 East Center Street. Depending on your voting precinct, your ballot will contain one or more of the races listed on the sample ballot. A public demonstration will be held to test the voting devices and tabulation equipment being used for the election. Anyone desiring to witness the testing is invited to attend, beginning at 10:00 a.m. July 14, 2021 at the Davis County Administration Building - 61 South Main Street, Room #202 Farmington, UT. All eligible voters will receive a ballot by mail approximately three weeks prior to Election Day. Polling Locations/Vote Centers (listed below) will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Election Day for any voter in Davis County to return their ballots or vote in person if that city is also having a Primary Election. Drop boxes are also located at these locations and are available 24/7 through 8:00 p.m. on Election Day. Accessible voting machines are available. Bountiful, Bountiful Library, 725 South Main Centerville, Centerville Library, 45 South 400 West Clearfield (drop box only), North Davis Senior Center, 42 South State Street Clinton, Clinton Recreation Admin. Building, 1651 West 2300 North Farmington, Farmington Community Center, 120 South Main Street Fruit Heights (drop box only), Fruit Heights City Hall, 910 South Mountain Road Kaysville, Kaysville Library, 215 North Fairfield Road Layton, Davis Conference Center, 1651 North 700 West North Salt Lake, North Salt Lake City Hall, 10 East Center Street South Weber, South Weber Family Activity Center, 1181 East Lester Street Sunset, Sunset City Hall, 200 West 1300 North Syracuse, Syracuse Library, 1875 South 2000 West West Bountiful (drop box only), West Bountiful City Hall, 550 North 800 West West Point, West Point City Hall, 3200 West 300 North As required by the Lieutenant Governor's Election Policy, an audit of the election will be conducted on August 13, 2021 starting at 10:00 a.m. Anyone desiring to witness the audit is invited to attend. The audit will be conducted at the Davis County Administration Building, 61 South Main Street, Room # 202, Farmington, UT.
