- PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Rush Valley Town Council will hold a regular meeting on Wednesday, May 28, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Rush Valley Town Hall, 52 South Park Street, Rush Valley, Utah. AGENDA IS AS FOLLOWS: 1. Pledge of Allegiance/roll call 2. Approval of meeting minutes for 03-26-2025 3. Approval of meeting minutes for 04-23-2025 4. Sheriff's report 5. Mayor's Recognition Award 6. Election update 7. Consideration to adopt tentative 2025-2026 budget 8. Consideration of setting date for June 2025 budget meeting 9. Review of Ulrich & Associates annual accountant's report 10. Review of annual insurance costs 11. Fire department report 12. Council reports 13. Safety topic 14. Payment of bills 15. Public comments 16.
