- SPECIAL MEETING Marysvale Town Board Meeting Tuesday, June 26, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. Marysvale Community Center 1. Approval of Minutes of 6/10/25 2. Public Hearing for Ordinance 11-500, An Ordinance of the Town of Marysvale Vacating a Portion of Chestnut Street and Uintah Avenue Right-of-Ways 3. Public Hearing for Town of Marysvale Storm Water Master Plan FY 2026 CIB Application 4. Reports, Updates, Old Business Follow-up, Elected Officials and Staff 5. Public Comment 6. Closed Session: The council may consider a motion to move to closed session for specific purposes allowed under the Open and Public Meetings Act (Utah Code Section 52-4-205) including strategy sessions to discuss purchase, exchange, lease or sale of real property, litigation, the character, professional competence or physical/mental health of an individual and for the attorney-client communications (Utah Code Section 78B-1-137) discussion regarding deployment of security personnel, devices or systems, or any other lawful purpose
