- The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meetings 6. Approval of accounts payable disbursements 7. Citizen input 8. Beginning at 6:10 p.m. conduct the following public hearing; a. The Council shall receive public input, then along with a recommendation from the Planning Commission consider a request from Dave Bankhead to amend the General Plan and change the zoning, from ROS-1 (Residential Open Space 1 Acre) to RSF (Residential Single Family) at property located at approximately 1100 South to 900 South and Center Street to 200 West. (Tax Id. #10-040-0001 and 10-039-0004). 9. Josh King Business License 10. Review for possible acceptance of Annexation petition from Jason & Sharla Blackham for 50.709 acres located on the Northwest corner of Wellsville to be annexed into the corporate limits of Wellsville City. Tax Id. # 11-078-0001 11. Review for possible acceptance of Annexation petition from Ricky & Stephanie Lindley for 10.97 acres located on the Southwest corner of Wellsville to be annexed into the corporate limits of Wellsville City.
