- NOTICE OF SALE OF DAVIS COUNTY SURPLUS REAL PROPERTY (Davis County Code ยง 2.42.060) Notice is hereby given that, on or after July 1, 2025, Davis County may sell all or part of the following parcel of property known as: West Point Drain, identified by Tax ID 12-037-0092 and located at Cold Springs Road ('the Property'), by negotiated sale. The public may comment by written statement on the proposed disposition of the Property on or before 10:00 a.m. prior to the regularly scheduled Davis County Commission meeting that will be held on July 1, 2025, commencing at 10:00 a.m., in Room 303 of the Davis County Administration Building located at 61 South Main Street, Farmington, Utah 84025. Written comments must be received at the same address. The Davis County Commission reserves the right to reject any and all proposed purchase price and or offers.
