- TOWN OF ORDERVILLE SPECIAL BOARD MEETING AGENDA A special meeting of the Orderville Town Board will be held Thursday, June 17, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. in the basement of the Orderville Town Office located at 425 East State Street, Orderville, Utah. The following items will be discussed and acted upon as required. Call to Order: BUSINESS: 1. PUBLIC HEARING - ORDERVILLE TOWN BUDGET: The purpose of the hearing will be to receive comment on amendments to increased revenues and expenditures in operating budgets to the Fiscal Year 2025 Budget and to receive comment on the proposed operating Budget for Fiscal Year 2026 2. CONSIDER FOR APPROVAL AMENDMENTS TO THE ORDERVILLE TOWN BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2025 3. CONSIDER FOR APPROVAL THE ADOPTION OF THE ORDERVILLE TOWN BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2026 DEPARTMENT BUSINESS: Streets and Roads Parks, Recreation, Cemeteries Buildings and Fire Department Water Department Administration Other necessary items Executive Session ADJOURN June 15, 2024 POSTED /s/ Breanna Crofts SIGNED
