- PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that there will be a PUBLIC MEETING of the Development Review Committee for the Military Recreational Facility in Wasatch County Date and Time: Tuesday, June 17, 2025 @ 2:00 PM This is a Zoom meeting only. To hear or view the meeting and to provide comments to the board during the meeting, register in advance at: https://us06web.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_PjkdAIvbSqa-GS25AFl5Jg AGENDA 1. Welcome from Committee Chair, Nicole Cottle to public and board members: Doug Smith, Ray Whitchurch, Eric Hales, Dustin Grabau, Max Covey and Dallin Koecher. 2. Review and approval of the May 20, 2025 meeting minutes. 3. Consideration of LON Plat. 4. Consideration of LON Site Plan. 5. Consideration of DVEV C Master Development Plat Amendment. 6. Consideration of proposed amendments to the DRC Standards and Guidelines. 7. Adjourn. The next meeting is scheduled on Tuesday, July 15, 2025 at 2:00 pm.
