- PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT The Town Council of Fairfield, Utah Shall hold a Regular Session Meeting on June 18, 2025, @ 7:00 P.M. At the Town Office, 103 East Main Street, Fairfield, Utah Call to Order Roll Call Prayer / Pledge Of Allegiance Public Hearing: The Council will accept public comments, limited to two minutes per person Staff report and discussion on Resolution #R2025-07. A Resolution Adopting The Fairfield Town Budget For Fiscal Year 2025-2026. Public comment for resolution #R2025-07 Approve the #R2025-07. A Resolution Adopting The Fairfield Town Budget For Fiscal Year 2025-2026. Discuss the Vacation of the road located on the Christenson property. (This address was noticed incorrectly, so it will not be passed until July. Public comment on vacation of the road Reports and discussions Sheriff's Department Update. Planning Commission Update. Discussion with Avenue consultants Claudia Saldana and Jessica DeLora CDBG - Utah County Discuss Enbridge Gas coming into Fairfield Discussion on speed control in town, dips, humps or rumble strips. JUB Engineering- Airpark overlay discussion General Public Comment (2-minute limit per person): Consent Items The Council may approve these items without discussion or public comment and may remove an item to the Business Items for discussion and consideration. Approval of Minutes: May 21, 2025, and June 5, 2025. Approval of Financials: April 30, 2025 Business Items Discuss and motion to approve the new planning commissioners. Ordinances Ordinance No. 2025-12 An Ordinance Of Fairfield Town, Utah, Adopting Fairfield Town Code ยง 10.16 (Special Use Regulations). Closed Session Possible motion to enter into closed session for the purchase, exchange, or lease of property; pending or reasonably imminent litigation; the character, professional competence, or the physical or mental health of an individual; or the deployment of security personnel, devices, or systems.
