- NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to Utah Code ยง 17B-1-609 that the Board of Trustees for Kane Springs Improvement District will hold a public hearing on June 25, 2025 at 12:00 PM to receive public comment on the District's tentative amended budget for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025 and the tentative budget for fiscal year ending June 30, 2026. The meeting will be held at 1813 Kane Springs Road (Onsite Construction Structure), Moab, UT 84532. Board members may participate electronically. The Board will consider the adoption of the amended budget as the final budget after taking comments from the public during the hearings. The tentative budget is available for review and inspection on the public notice website. You may also obtain copies of tentative budget and submit written comments prior to the public hearing by contacting Jacob Clark at kanespringsimprovementdistrict@gmail.com. Individuals needing special accommodation should contact Jacob Clark at kanespringsimprovementdistrict@gmail.com at least 3 business days before the public hearing.
