- KANE SPRINGS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT BOARD OF TRUSTEES MEETING Public Meeting Agenda June 18, 2025, at 12:00 PM or as soon as practicable thereafter Anchor Location: 8371 S. State Street, Ste. 202 Sandy, UT 84070 The Board of Trustees of the Kane Springs Improvement District (the 'District') will meet in public session to hold a Board Meeting on June 18, 2025, at 12:00 PM. The meeting will be a hybrid meeting with the anchor location held at 1813 Kane Springs Road (Onsite Construction Structure), Echo Canyon, Grand County, Utah 84532, with optional electronic participation by the Board. The public is welcome to attend the Board Meeting. The Agenda includes the following items: AGENDA 1. Welcome and call meeting to order. 2. Roll call. 3. Approval of minutes from prior meeting(s). 4. Certification of Quorum and Confirmation of Notice of Board Meeting by District Clerk. 5. Public Hearing Items. a. None. 6. Discussion/Action Items a. Adopt a tentative amended budget for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025. b. Adopt a tentative budget for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026. c. Set June 25, 2025, at 12:00 PM, or as soon as practicable thereafter, as the date and time for the Public Hearing for the tentative amended budget and tentative budget. 7. Potential closed session to discuss the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual, pending or reasonably imminent litigation, the sale or purchase of real property, and/or other matters as permitted by Utah Code ยงยง 52-4-204 through 205 (if needed, motion and majority vote required to proceed). 8. Adjourn
