- TOWN OF STERLING COUNCIL MEETING 75 N 100 W STERLING, UT 84665 AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE STERLING TOWN COUNCIL WILL HOLD ITS REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING ON TUESDAY, JUNE 17, 2025 AT 7:00 PM AT THE STERLING TOWN COMMUNITY CENTER, 75 N 100 W, STERLING, UT. Agenda shall be as follows: Welcome by Mayor Zeb Wignall, Pledge of Allegiance and Roll Call. Discussions/Concerns brought up by community members or council not to be voted on. Approval of Minutes from Previous Meeting(s); 5.20.25. Discussion and vote on procedures for charging water shut off fees to customers. Discussion and vote on subdivision irrigation water shares billing. Discussion and vote on purchasing playground equipment Discussion and vote on improving payscale for employees Discussion and vote on Amended 2025-2025 Budget. Discussion and vote on 2025-2026 Proposed Budget. Each council member and staff to complete the review of Policies and Procedures and sign the understanding and compliance form by July 31. All Elected officials and appropriate staff to complete the OPMA annual training by July 31st. Report of Officers - Boards - Committees Approval of Payment of Bills Adjournment Items on the agenda (which require no published notice of time) may be considered earlier than shown on the agenda. **Items added to the original agenda which was posted on May 16, 2025 are highlighted in red.
