- Cleveland Town Council Meeting PUBLIC HEARING AGENDA June 18, 2025 at 7:00 pm 130 West Main, Cleveland, UT 84518 Call to Order: Opening Flag Ceremony: Action Agenda: 1. Receive comments/questions on transfer of $15,000 from enterprise fund to general. 2. Receive comments/questions about the amended 2024-2025 budget. 3. Receive comments/questions about a resolution to give a Cost of Living (COLA) raise to current part-time non-benefitted employees as follows: Present Proposed Increase Part-time maintenance $19.00 2.5% annually $0.48 Part-time workers $12.00 2.5% annually $0.30 Part-time O'Ville caretaker $12.00 2.5% annually $0.30 4. Receive comments/questions about an ordinance to give a dollar raise to the statutory staff, (clerk and treasurer). Clerk $16.00 $17.00 $1.00 Treasurer $16.00 $17.00 $1.00 5. Receive comments questions on proposed tax rate of 0.000450 with total revenue of $13,556. 6. Receive comments/questions on the 2025-2026 budget. 7. Adjourn Meeting. If there is any portion of the meeting that is closed to the public, the reason must clearly be stated and a roll call vote taken The next regular Council Meeting will be held on July 3, 2025 at 7:00 pm at the Cleveland Town Office, 130 W. Main, Cleveland, unless otherwise noticed.
