Cleveland Town Council Meeting June 18, 2025 at 7:00 pm 130 West Main, Cleveland, UT 84518 Call to Order: Minutes: Approve May Council Minutes Public Comment: This section is Limited to 10 minutes Total. This time has been set aside for any person to express ideas, concern, comments, questions, or issues that are not on the agenda. Each person is limited to 3 minutes! *PLEASE STATE YOUR NAME AND PLACE OF RESIDENCE. *PLEASE LIMIT YOUR COMMENTS TO THREE MINUTES. State Law prohibits the council from acting on items that do not appear on the agenda. In this form of government, all town administrative personnel are under the direction of the mayor, not the council. Please discuss any concerns you may have regarding administrative staff with the mayor. Action Agenda: 1. Read, choose, and approve bid to re-shingle for park pavilion roof. 2. Approve/Deny maintenance assistant job description. 3. Approve/Deny transfer of $15,000 from enterprise to general. 4. Approve/Deny closing of adjusted 2024-2025 budget. 5. Approve/Deny proposed tax rate of 0.000450 with total revenue of $13,556. 6. Approve/Deny a resolution for setting an annual COLA increase of 2.5% for non-benefited part-time employees. 7. Approve/Deny ordinance for statuary staff to receive a raise of $1.00. 8. Approve/Deny Fire Department to open separate bank account to move Emery Fire District monies $5,220. 9. Adopt 2025-2026 budget. 10. Approve bills and city financials for payment. 11. Council Reports. 12. Adjourn Meeting. If there is any portion of the meeting that is closed to the public, the reason must clearly be stated and a roll call vote taken. The next regular Council Meeting will be held on July 3, 2025 at 7:00 pm at the Cleveland Town Office, 130 W. Main, Cleveland, unless otherwise noticed.
