- The Mount Pleasant City Council will hold a regular meeting June 10, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. The meeting will be held in the City Council Chambers at 115 West Main Street, Mount Pleasant, Utah. Welcome --Mayor 1. Opening Ceremony - By Invitation Pledge of Allegiance - Opening Prayer - 2. Roll Call - City Recorder 3. Approval of Claims and Requisitions - Mayor Claims Register: Dated 05/24/2025 to 06/06/2025 in the amount of 272,851.67 Requisitions as needed. 4. Approval of Transaction Register Dated 05/01/2025 to 05/31/2025 in the amount of $2,043.86 5. Approval of Minutes - Mayor May 27, 2025, 5:30 p.m. -Work Session May 27, 2025, 6:30 p.m. -Regular City Council 6. Special Recreation District Discussion - North Sanpete High School Representative 7. Fiscal year 2025-2026 Budget Discussions- Finance Director Dave Oxman 8. Approval of New City Seal- Recorder Natalie Crosby 9. Public Participation Members of the public may address the City Council on matters not listed on the agenda. Those interested should sign up on the form just inside the council room door right before the meeting begins. Participation is limited to three minutes. The participant will be allowed to address the Council and may submit documents outlining their issue. The Council cannot take legal action on public comment at this time. At the conclusion of each comment, the Council will have time to respond to criticism made by those who have addressed them, may ask staff to review a matter or may ask that a matter be placed on a future agenda. All City Council meetings are recorded. 10. Closed Session to discuss discussion of the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual- Attorney Kevin Daniels 11.
