- OFFICIAL PUBLIC NOTICE OF THE 2025 PRIMARY ELECTION The 2025 Primary Election will be held on Tuesday, August 12, 2025. Ballots will be mailed to all eligible voters, approximately July 22, 2025. Sign up for a free text, email, or phone call notification of the status of your mail ballots at: http://trackmyballot.utah.gov/ Voters must be of legal voting age, citizens of the United States, and reside in the precinct in which they are registered. The deadline for registering to vote is Friday, August 1, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. Voters may verify their registration status, register to vote and/or view early voting dates and times online at www.vote.utah.gov. Registered voters who do not receive a ballot, or need assistance, may visit one of the vote centers listed below during Early Voting or on Election Day. A sample ballot may be found at the Clerk's Office or at: https://millardcounty.gov/your-government/elected-officials/clerk/elections/2025-municipal-election-candidates/. Early Voting, Logic & Accuracy Testing, Post Election Audit and Canvass information may be found at: https://millardcounty.gov/your-government/elected-officials/clerk/elections/2025-municipal-election/ If you cannot read or mark a mailed ballot, we can provide assistance or the use of a ballot marking device with accessible features (e.g., audio ballot, touch screen, large print, high contrast); or if you need assistance with voting your ballot or you have ballot issues, please contact the Millard County Clerk's Office 435-743-6223; 435-864-2440. Ballots may be returned in the following ways: - By mail (postmark no longer matters) - In person at one of the vote centers up to 8:00 p.m. on Election Day: o Millard County Clerk's Office 765 S Hwy 99, Ste. 6 Fillmore, UT 84631 o Millard County Satellite Offices 71 S 200 W Delta, UT 84624 - Dropped in one of the ballot drop boxes up to 8:00 pm on Election Day: o Millard County Satellite Offices 71 S 200 W Delta Outside 24 hours/7 days a week o Millard County Clerk's Office 765 S Hwy 99, Ste. 6 Fillmore Inside M-F 8:00 am - 5:00 pm; excluding holidays o Public Safety Building 765 S Hwy 99 Fillmore Outside 24 hours/7 days a week o Millard County Offices 50 S Main Fillmore Outside 24 hours/7 days a week o Hinckley Town Office 161 E 300 N Hinckley Inside M-F 9:00 am to 1:00 pm; excluding holidays and from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm on Election Day o Kanosh Town Building 55 N Main Kanosh Outside 24 hours/7 days a week, ballot drop box locations can be found in the link below.
