- VERNAL CITY PUBLIC HEARING Public Notice is hereby given that a public hearing of the Vernal City Council has been scheduled for Wednesday, June 25, 2025 at 5:30 p.m. in the Vernal City Council Chambers, 374 East Main, Vernal, Utah for the purpose of receiving input regarding the proposed Salary Schedule for employees of the City, including compensation for appointed and elected officers of the municipality. Compensation includes salary, budgeted incentive pay or bonus, vehicle allowance, deferred salary, and compensation increase. All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to be heard. The proposed salary schedule may be reviewed at the Vernal City office at 374 East Main between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. weekdays.
