- BOARD MEETING CALENDAR Below are the tentative Ascent Academies of Utah Board Meeting dates for the 2024-2025 school year. These dates are subject to change and additional meetings may be held. Meetings will continue as long as business requires. All meetings will be posted on the Utah Public Meeting Notice website at least twenty-four hours in advance. - August 15, 2025 at 9:00 AM - October 19, 2025 at 9:00 AM - December 17, 2025 at 9:00 AM - February 12, 2026 at 9:00 AM - April 18, 2026 at 9:00 AM - June 6, 2026 at 9:00 AM
