- NOTICE OF A LIBRARY BOARD SPECIAL SESSION April 29, 2025, at 6:00 PM ________________ PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Vineyard Library Board will hold a Library Board special session on Tuesday, April 29, 2025, at 6:00 PM, in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 125 South Main Street, Vineyard, UT. AGENDA 1. CALL TO ORDER/INVOCATION/INSPIRATIONAL THOUGHT/PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 2. CONSENT ITEMS 3. BUSINESS ITEMS 3.1. Discussion and Recommendation on Library Expansion Options The board will review potential options for expanding the Vineyard Children's Library. Presentation by Cache (Senior Planner) on the Vineyard Library Scenarios. - Board discussion on pros, cons, and feasibility of the presented scenarios. - Board vote on a formal recommendation to present to the Vineyard City Council. 4. REVIEW OF UPCOMING EVENTS AND ASSIGNMENTS 5. STAFF AND COMMISSION REPORTS 6. WORK SESSION 7. ADJOURNMENT The next meeting is on May 20, 2025. This meeting may be held in a way that will allow a board member to participate electronically. The public is invited to participate in all public meetings.
