SPRINGVILLE CITY COUNCIL AGENDA TUESDAY, JUNE 17, 2025 110 South Main Street Springville, Utah 84663 7:00 P.M. COUNCIL MEETING - CITY COUNCIL ROOM CALL TO ORDER INVOCATION PLEDGE APPROVAL OF THE MEETING'S AGENDA MAYOR'S COMMENTS CEREMONIAL AGENDA 1. Presentation by Miss Springville/Mapleton PUBLIC COMMENT - Audience members may bring any item, not on the agenda, to the Mayor and Council's attention. Please complete and submit a 'Request to Speak' form. Comments will be limited to two or three minutes, at the mayor's discretion. State Law prohibits the Council from acting on items that do not appear on the agenda. CONSENT AGENDA - The Consent Agenda consists of items previously discussed or that are administrative actions where no additional discussion is needed. When approved, the recommendations in the staff reports become the action of the Council. The agenda provides an opportunity for public comment. If, after the public comment, the Council removes an item from the consent agenda for discussion, the item will keep its agenda number. It will be added to the regular agenda for discussion unless otherwise specified by the Council. 2. Approval of the minutes for the June 03, 2025, city council regular meeting PUBLIC HEARING AGENDA 3. Public Hearing for consideration of a Resolution adopting the Enterprise Fund Transfers for Fiscal Year 2025/2026 - Bruce Riddle, Assistant City Administrator/Finance Director 4. Public Hearing to consider an Ordinance and approval of setting compensation for Executive Municipal Officers for FY2025/2026 - Patrick Monney, Director of Administration 5. Public Hearing to consider an Ordinance and approval of setting compensation for Springville City Officers and Employees for FY 2025-2026 - Patrick Monney, Director of Administration 6. Public Hearing to consider a Resolution and adoption of the Springville City Final Budget for Fiscal Year 2025/2026. Or, in the alternative, continue with the tentative budget until such date and time that the City holds a truth in taxation public hearing and adopts the Final FY 2025-2026 Budget - Bruce Riddle, Assistant City Administrator/Finance Director REGULAR AGENDA 7. Consideration of an Ordinance amending Springville City Code Section 11-6-130(3) Protection of Creek Corridors - Josh Yost, Community Development Director 8. Consideration of an Ordinance amending Springville City Code Title 11, Chapter 5, Overlay District Regulations to add Senior Housing Overlay Zone - Josh Yost, Community Development Director 9. Consideration of an Ordinance amending Springville City Code Title 11, Chapter 4, Article 301, Land Use Matrix to amend the list of uses permitted in the North Gateway Area from 400 N to 1060 North Main Street - Josh Yost, Community Development Director 10. Consideration of an Ordinance amending Springville City Parks, Recreation, Trails, and Open Space Master Plan to delineate the boundary of the Civic Center Park - Carla Wiese, Planner/Economic Development Specialist 11. Consideration of an Ordinance amending Title 11, Chapter 3, Article 4 Definitions to include Community Gathering Space and amend the definition of Public Park - Carla Wiese, Planner/Economic Development Specialist MAYOR, COUNCIL, AND ADMINISTRATIVE REPORTS ADJOURNMENT - CLOSED SESSION, IF NEEDED - TO BE ANNOUNCED IN MOTION The Springville City Council may temporarily recess the meeting and convene in a closed session as provided by UCA 52-4-205
