- TROPIC TOWN PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Zone Change Request - Agricultural to General Commercial Tropic Town will hold a Public Hearing to receive comments on a proposed zone change for the property owned by TJ Brinkerhoff located at 100 S 40 E, from Agricultural (AG) to General Commercial (GC). Date: July 8 Time:6 pm Location: Tropic Town Heritage Center - 20 North Main, Tropic, UT The purpose of the hearing is to gather public input before the Planning Commission makes a recommendation to the Town Council regarding the proposed zoning change.
