- AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Stansbury Park Improvement District will hold its Board Meeting on June 17, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. at the Stansbury Park Office, 30 Plaza. One of the three Board Members may participate in and join the Board Meeting electronically. The agenda will be as follows: 1. CALL TO ORDER 2. HAYNIE-PRESENTATION AND APPROVAL OF SPID'S 2024 AUDIT & FINANCIAL REPORT INCLUDING FINANCIAL CERTIFICATION FORM FOR THE STATE 3. MILL LEVY APPROVAL OF 2025 CERTIFIED TAX RATE & ADOPTING RESOLUTION 4. WELL SOURCE PROTECTION PLAN & ANNUAL DRINKING WATER SOURCE PROTECTION ZONES & PUBLIC AWARENESS 5. UTAH DEQ LETTER REQUIREMENTS FOR WASTEWATER GROUND WATER DISCHARGE PERMIT APPLICATION 6. COMMERCIAL STORM DRAIN USER FEE 7. MANAGER OPERATION REPORT 8. APPROVE MEETING MINUTES OF MAY 20, 2025 9. APPROVE SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES OF JUNE 5, 2025 10. APPROVE FINANCIALS & WARRANTS 11. PETITIONS AND COMMUNICATIONS PUBLIC COMMENT 12. MOTION FOR ADJOURNMENT
