- NOTICE OF Eight (8) PUBLIC HEARINGS PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Tuesday, June 24, 2025, Mt. Pleasant City will hold Eight (8) public hearings starting at the hour of 5:45 p.m. in the Mt. Pleasant City Hall, 115 West Main, Mt. Pleasant, Utah, for the purpose of receiving public comment as follows: 1. The Mt. Pleasant Community Development and Renewal Agency will hold a public hearing to receive public comment regarding the Community Development and Renewal Agency amended budget for the fiscal year 2024-2025. 2. The Mt. Pleasant Library will hold a public hearing to receive public comment regarding the amended library budget for the fiscal year 2024-2025. 3. Mt. Pleasant City will hold a public hearing to receive public comment regarding the amended city budget for the fiscal year 2024-2025. 4. The Mt. Pleasant Community Development and Renewal Agency will hold a public hearing to receive public comment regarding the Community Development and Renewal Agency budget for the fiscal year 2025-2026. 5. The Mt. Pleasant Library will hold a public hearing to receive public comment regarding the Library budget for the fiscal year 2025-2026. 6. The Mt. Pleasant City Local Building Authority will hold a public hearing to receive public comment regarding the Local building authority budget for the fiscal year 2025-2026. 7. Mt. Pleasant City will hold a public hearing to receive public comment regarding the City budget for the fiscal year 2025-2026. 8. Mt. Pleasant City will hold a public hearing to receive input from the public on the cost-of-living adjustment, COLA, for executive municipal officers proposed for inclusion in the City's Fiscal Year 2025-2026 budget. All members of the public are invited to attend and participate.
