- Public Hearing Notice Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Midway Sanitation District on Monday, June 16, 2025 at 6:00 p.m., at the Midway City Offices, 75 North 100 West, Midway, Utah. Time will be allowed for public comment on the following item: Sewer Rate Increase - Consider Adoption of New Rates and Proposed Increases to Existing Wastewater Rates A copy of the above item may be obtained from the District Office at 75 North 100 West, Midway (Midway City Office Building). Midway Sanitation District is happy to provide reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities.
