- MIDWAY SANITATION DISTRICT REGULAR MEETING AGENDA Monday, June 16, 2025, 6:00 p.m. Midway City Offices North 100 West, Midway, Utah 1. Call to Order; Roll Call; Opening Remarks or Invocation 2. Consent Calendar Be it hereby moved that the following general consent calendar items stand for approval: a. Agenda for the June 16, 2025 Regular Meeting b. Minutes of the May 12, 2025 Regular Meeting c. Warrants & Financials 3. Operator's Report - Receive an Update on Grease Trap Inspections and Work Performed for the District 4. Resolution 2025-03 (Certified Tax Rate) - Discuss and possibly approve Resolution 2025-03 Establishing the 2025 Certified Property Tax Rate for Midway Sanitation District 5. Resolution 2025-02 (Rate Increase) - Review and Discuss the Billing Rates and Updated Service Fees for all District Customers a. Discussion - Discuss and Review the Proposed Billing Rates for Residential and Commercial Customers b. Public Hearing - Receive Public Comment on the Proposed Rates c. Action - Discuss and Possibly Approve Resolution 2022-05 Adopting the Proposed Increase in Rates for all District Customers 6. Review & Discuss Midway Sanitation District Contracted City Employees Agreement/Policy - Annual Review & Discussion of Agreement/Policy for Contracted City Employees Working for Midway Sanitation District and make any Changes as Needed for Approval at Next Meeting. 7. Engineers Report - Receive an Update on District Projects, Sewer Rehabilitation, Metering & Infiltration 8. Managers' Report - Receive an Update on District Activities, Issues & Projects 9. Trustees Reports - Receive an Update on Areas and Issues of Concern to the District 10. (As Needed) Closed Executive Session to Discuss Pending or Reasonably Imminent Litigation, Purchase, Exchange or Lease of Property and/or the Character, Professional Competence or Physical or Mental Health of an Individual 11. Adjournment
