- Welcome Prayer and Pledge of Allegiance (Council member Brower) Adoption of Agenda Approval of Minutes - May 14, 2025 Citizen Input 1. Discuss a trail building company (Ross Ray & Clark Miglior) 2. Public Hearing to discuss making application to the community Impact Board for a project to complete a wastewater master plan. 3. Consider Resolution 2025-09 - A Resolution authorizing Sunrise Engineering to make application to the community Impact Board for a project to complete a wastewater master plan. 4. Public Hearing to discuss the Hyde Park City 2026 tentative budget. 5. Consider Resolution 2025-08 - A resolution adopting the official 2026 fiscal year tentative budget ending June 30, 2026. (Final budget will be adopted in August) 6. Consider the Bringhurst Village plans for Phase 1 and 2. 7. Consider the Muir Village Development Agreement. 8. Consider Ordinance 2025-11 - An Ordinance amending section 15.50.080 to add penalties for failure to obtain a required storm water permit. 9. Consider Ordinance 2025-12 - An Ordinance amending section 13.60.010 to change the requirements for sidewalks and flat curbs 10. Discuss pictures (Head shots) for the city building wall.
