- LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Bear River Association of Governments (BRAG) will hold a public hearing on the final Fiscal Year 2025 and the proposed Fiscal Year 2026 budget on Wednesday, June 18, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. at 69 North Paradise Parkway, Garden City, Utah. BRAG employs 49 full and part-time staff and along with providing a variety of direct services, passes funding through to local governments and community agencies to help meet the community development, affordable housing, and human service needs of Box Elder, Cache, and Rich Counties. The total budget for Fiscal Year 2026 is approximately $12.5 million. About 80% of the funding is Federal with the balance coming from State and Local sources. Public input and comment is invited and all interested citizens are invited to attend.
