- KAMAS CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA TUESDAY MAY 27, 2025 6:00 P.M. Kamas City Hall 170 N. Main Kamas, UT 84036 The meeting will be streamed on the Kamas City YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCfvdAe2TE8PKHFJcPRpMMzA Comments may also be made by email prior to the meeting at info@kamascityut.gov 1. Call to Order Invocation: Councilor Larry Gines Pledge of Allegiance 2. Approval of the May 13, 2025 City Council Meeting Minutes 3. Approval of the Invoice Register dated May 22, 2025 4. Public Comment - This is the public's opportunity to briefly comment on items not on the agenda 5. Vicki Atkinson Main Street flowerpot donation request 6. Public Hearing to receive public comment on proposed increases to the culinary water and sewer rates. The proposed increases are to fund ongoing operations of the systems and will go into effect July 1 each fiscal year 7. Possible Ordinance, An Ordinance amending sections 4.12.040 Monthly Water Metered Service, 4.13.030 Monthly Sewer Fees, 7.02.170 Monthly Sewer Rates, Appendix A-Fee Schedules Sections 2.4 Monthly Water Metered Service and Section 3.3 Monthly Sewer Fees of the Kamas Municipal Code and establishing an effective date 8. Possible Resolution, A Resolution adopting fee schedules and policies for construction, building, water, sewer, facility rental, planning, sign code, business license, beer and liquor licenses, GRAMA and other fees 9. Public Hearing to receive public comment on the amended budget for the 2024-2025 fiscal year and the tentative budget for the 2025-2026 fiscal year 10. Kamas Valley Fiesta Days Rodeo ticket decision 11. Council Reports 12. Closed Meeting 13. Adjournment
