- Rockville Planning Commission Public Hearing & Regular Meeting Agenda June 10, 2025 6:00 pm 1. CALL TO ORDER - ROLL CALL: Chair Rybkiewicz 2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: Chair Rybkiewicz 3. DECLARATION OF CONFLICT OF INTEREST WITH AN AGENDA ITEM. Public Comment - If you wish to speak during Public Comment, please sign in with the Town Clerk by 5:45 p.m. If more than one person desires to speak on the same topic, a time limit may be imposed. The Planning Commission will not respond to comments or questions but will take the comments into consideration for possible discussion at another time. Rules for making comments: 1. You must be a resident or property owner of the Town of Rockville. 2. PUBLIC COMMENT SHALL NOT BE ALLOWED ON ANY AGENDA ITEM OR PENDING LAND USE APPLICATION. 3. Speakers shall be courteous and show respect. Comments shall not include obscene or profane language, nor contain attacks on any individual. Such actions will be grounds for removal from meeting upon request by a Town Council member. Written comments may be submitted anytime to the Town Clerk at PO Box 630206, Rockville, UT 84763 or rockville@rockvilleutah.org. Written comments will be published on the Town's website the Friday prior to the Town Council meeting. 4. Consideration and Action for a Pool Permit at 128 West Grafton Road-Lowe's-Chance Wright 5. Open Public Hearing to consider public comment on a draft ordinance for review and possible recommendation by the Planning Commission to the Town Council for adoption of an Ordinance Amending the Land Use Code to establish Septic Tank Density limit and Environmental Review Criteria for Zoning Decisions 6. Adjourn Public Hearing 7. Discussion and Possible Recommendation to the Town Council to Adopt an Ordinance Amending the Land Use Code to establish Septic Tank Density limits and Environmental Review Criteria for Zoning Decisions 8. Approval of the minutes for the May 13, 2025 Regular Meeting Information/Discussion/Non-Action Items. 1.
