- MORONI CITY PUBLIC NOTICE 2025 MUNICIPAL ELECTION CANDIDATES Pursuant to Section 20A-9-203 (8) of the Utah State Code, notice is hereby given that the following individuals have filed a Declaration of Candidacy for Mayor, a 4 year seat, two (2) open City Council Member seats - 4 Years each, and one (1) City Council Member seat - a 2 Year seat, in the 2025 Moroni City Municipal Election. Candidates are listed in accordance with the master ballot position pursuant to Utah State Code 20A-6-110 as established by the Lt. Governor. Mayor Troy Don Prestwich City Council Member - 4 Year Thayne Fred Atkinson D.
