- Spring City Notice of Certified Candidates for Municipal Office Published pursuant to Utah Code § 20A-9-203(8)(a)-(b) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that following the close of the candidate filing period on June 6, 2025, Spring City Recorder has: 1. Complied and certified the following list of candidates whose declarations of candidacy have been accepted and who meet the statutory required under Utah Code § 20A-9-203(1)-(4). 2. Submitted the official list to the Lieutenant Governor as required by § 20A-9-203(8)(b). 2025 Spring City Municipal Election - Certified Candidates filing Period: June 2, 2025 - June 6, 2025 Mayor (one 4-year position): - Daniel G. Rasmussen - Paul Penrod City Council (two - 4-year position): - Michael Broadbent - Laural A Workman - Joseph Lee McGriff - John Stewart - Randy Lynn Strate - Margaret Parnell Grindstaff - V. Kay Van Buren City Council (one 2-year position): - James William Baker - P. Chris Anderson These Names will appear on the August 12, 2025, municipal primary election ballot. Notice to the Public - This Notice serves as a Class A publication in compliance with Title 63G, Chapter 30, Section 102, and will be posted for seven consecutive calendar days in official public places and on the city's website.
