- Pursuant to Utah Code 20A-9-203(8), Mt. Pleasant City hereby provides notice of candidates for the 2025 Municipal General Election to be held on Tuesday, November 4, 2025: Mayor (4-Year Term): Michael Tod Olsen City Council (4-Year Term - Vote for Two): Donald Lynn Beesley Jim Reece Wilberg Richard (Rick) Warren Allred Jakob J. Howcroft This notice is issued as a Class A notice and will remain publicly posted for at least seven (7) calendar days.
