- NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE EMERY COUNTY FIRE PROTECTION SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT EMERY COUNTY, UTAH PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Emery County Fire Protection Special Service District will meet at 5:30 p.m. on February 21st , 2023, in the Emery County Courthouse located at 75 East MainStreet, Castle Dale, Utah in the Box Conference Room. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. Approval of minutes for January 2023 meeting. 2. Resolution 2-21-23A is the certification of authorized individuals for our PTIF accounts. to make Brenda Tuttle and Josie Stillson authorized users on our behalf. Discuss and vote. 3. UFRA comments and business. 4. Forestry, Fire and State Lands comments and business. 5. BLM comments and business. 6. Booster line quote. Discuss and vote. 7. Grant for SCBA's (Chase) 8. L&N Curtis 9. Insurance paperwork new trucks give out. 10. Update on pierce's old 412 (Brittany) 11. Update on old 422 (Chase) 12. Fire Truck Replacement Project. Phase 2 Update: Mark 13. Fire Truck Replacement Project. Phase 3 Update: Mark 14. NEW MOU update 15. County Training Committee. (Scott) 16. Motion to pay the bills. 17. Chief's round table. 18. Citizens' concerns
