- PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Historic Preservation Commission of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a regular public meeting at the Spanish Fork Explorer Room, at Library Hall, 80 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah. The meeting will commence at 4:00 p.m. on the 2nd Wednesday, June 11, 2025. AGENDA ITEMS: 1. CALL TO ORDER - Kevin Oyler 2. APPROVE THE HPC MINUTES: a. HPC Minutes March 12, 2025 3. COMMISSION UPDATES : Consider New Commission Members 4. ACTION ITEMS: Veteran Banners Fiesta Day Parade New Banners Order banners one month before the display time Hayden set-up Give him 2 weeks to set up Two-sided banners error Give to the relatives Flag box Consider a flag box at the memorial building Cost Materials Weather resistant Maintenance Who collects the flags 5. STANDING AGENDA ITEM : a. Lecture Series - topics i. New format - video only 6. COMMISSION ASSIGNMENTS :
