BEAVER CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS - 30 W. 300 N., BEAVER, UT 84731 Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Beaver, Utah, will hold its regularly scheduled meeting beginning at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 10, 2025. 1. Welcome and Call to Order: Mayor Matt Robinson 2. Opening: Council Member Hunter 3. Approval of City Council Meeting Minutes from May 12, 2025 4. Approval of bills for May 22, 2025 5. Declaration of Conflicts with or personal interest in any agenda items 6. Property Discussion Gates Nowers 5:15 PUBLIC HEARING 5:30 7. Public Hearing: to receive public comment on the proposed Ordinanve 06-11-2025 Changing of Day and Time for Council Meetings. PUBLIC HEARING 5:40 8. Public Hearing: to receive public comment on the proposed FY2026 Enterprise Fund Transfers. PUBLIC HEARING 5:45 9. CLOSED SESSION: The Beaver City Council will close a portion of their meeting to discuss the character, professional competence, or physical, mental health or criminal conduct of an individual; to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property, or water when public discussion of the transaction would disclose the appraisal or estimated value of the property or prevent the City from completing the transaction on the best possible terms; to hold a strategy session to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation, discussions regarding security of City devices or systems. 23. ACTION: Any action to be taken as a result of or arising from discussions had in the closed session. 24. ADJOURNMENT: CERTIFICATE OF POSTING/DELIVERY: The undersigned duly appointed City Recorder does hereby certify that the above Notice of Agenda was posted this 9th day of June, 2025, 24 hours in advance of the meeting.
