- Agenda Emery County Special Service District #1 Box Room @ 10:00 a.m. April 14, 2025 Welcome/Approval of March 10 meeting minutes. Discuss the interlocal agreement between ECSSD#1 and the County Johansen and Tuttle Engineering - Report on current projects. Fall Crack Seal Project 4-BLM Dip Projects, ECRD #332 2 Buckhorn Draw channel cleanouts 2025 Crack Seal Project CKC 9-Mile Dip in Green River Discuss/Approve any change order and project advancement. Board Member reports and any other business that may come before the Board. Approval of payment of bills, financial reports, and distribution of mineral lease funds. Payment of Bills presented by Jan Olsen: Approval of the distribution of mineral lease revenue: For February, in the gross amount of $ 27,123.83, less the Carbon shift of $2,078.00, for a net amount of $25,045.83 to be distributed as follows: After EEMSSD's 5% of $1,252.29, the remaining amount for distribution to the following Districts is $23,793.54 ECSSD#1 - 47% $ 11,182.96 Fire SSD - 16% $ 3,806.97 CVSSD - 16% $ 3,806.97 Rec SSD - 16% $ 3,806.97 North Emery Water Users - 5% $ 1,189.67 Adjourn. The next meeting will be held on May 12, 2025.
