- Notice is hereby given that the Hooper City Council will hold a special meeting at 7:15pm on Tuesday, June 10, 2025, at the Hooper Municipal Building located at 5580 W 4600 S Hooper, UT 84315. Special Meeting - 7:15pm - 8:45pm 1. Meeting Called to Order CLOSED SESSION 1. Motion to Open Closed Session 2. Call to Order & Roll Call 3. Discussion of the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual, Pursuant to UCA 52-4-205 (1)(a) 4. Motion to Adjourn the Closed Session & Return to General Session 2. Adjournment
