- Notice is hereby given that the Willard City Council will hold, in the City Council Chambers at 80 West 50 South in Willard, a public hearing to receive public comment regarding Ordinance 2024-10 Petition to Vacate Sewer Utility Easement. This public hearing, starting at approximately 6:45 p.m. will be held on Thursday, June 12, 2025. After the public hearings, the proposed Resolutions and Ordinance may be adopted, with or without changes, in the same public meeting. All interested people shall be given the opportunity to be heard. Written concerns are welcome and shall be given the opportunity to be heard. Copies of the proposed Resolutions are available for public review in the office of the City Recorder located at 80 West 50 South Willard City Utah 84340. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING In accordance with Utah Code Annotated ยง10-3-713, 1953 as amended, I, the City Recorder of Willard City, hereby certify that foregoing Public Hearing Notice was duly posted at: 1) City Hall: 80 West 50 South, 2) Willard Post Office, 3) Willard Website 4) www.willardcity.com, and 4) www.pmn.gov, June 12, 2025.
