- Notice is hereby given that North Logan City will hold a Municipal Primary Election to eliminate one candidate from the field of City Council candidates (thereby reducing City Council candidates to 4 for the General Election ballot). Each City Council seat is a four-year term. In accordance with Utah Code Annotated 20A-6-305 (Master ballot position list), the City Council candidates will appear on the Municipal Primary Election ballot as follows: City Council Candidates (2 seats): TIM MCCABE EMILY SCHMIDT HOLLY A GUNTHER KIRK K. LARSEN LARRY N HEPWORTH 2025 PRIMARY ELECTION: Tuesday, August 12, 2025 Elections will primarily be VOTE-BY-MAIL, administered by Cache County Clerk's Office. Local Drop Boxes located in North Logan: North Logan Library (475 E N 2500 N) and City Office Lobby (2525 N 600 E). Ballots can be dropped off in any Cache County Ballot Drop Box, for more locations see https://www.cachecounty.org/elections/ballotdropofflocations.html PRIMARY Election Day Voting: (Tue, August 12, 2025, 7:00 am - 8:00 pm.)
