- WOODS CROSS CITY NOTICE OF CANDIDATES FILING for the MUNICIPAL ELECTION 2025 In accordance with Utah Code 20A-9-203(8) notice is hereby given that the following City positions are to be voted upon in the Woods Cross City 2025 Municipal Election: - Council Member: Two (2) 4-Year term seats will be on the ballot - Council Member: One (1) 2-Year term seat will be on the ballot - Mayor: One (1) 4-year term seat will be on the ballot __________________________________ Listed in order according to the Utah Master Ballot list, the following individuals have filed as candidates: City Council seat candidates (2-Year term): Joseph E. Also appearing on the ballot: Woods Cross Voters will be asked a question regarding renewal of the Recreation Arts and Parks (RAP) Tax which has been in place in Woods Cross City since 2009. Law requires that the question be brought back to the voters every 10 years. This item will appear on the general election ballot for November 4, 2025. Proposition #1: Shall Woods City, Utah, be authorized to renew the imposition of a 0.1% Sales and Use Tax for Recreational, Arts, and Parks facilities, Programs and Organizations for 10 additional years? Yes No VOTER INFORMATION Due to the number of candidates no primary will be required. The general election will be held November 4, 2025.
