- Notice is hereby given that the Perry City Council will hold, in the City Council Chambers at 1950 South Highway 89 in Perry, a public hearing to receive public comment regarding Resolution 2025-12 Adopting a Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Budget Amendment and Ordinance 25-I Culinary Water Rate Increase. These public hearings, starting at approximately 7:15 p.m. will be held in conjunction with the Perry City Council meeting, which starts at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 26, 2025. After the public hearings, the proposed Resolution and Ordinance may be adopted, with or without changes, in the same public meeting. All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to be heard. Written concerns are welcome and shall be given the opportunity to be heard. A Copy of the proposed Resolution and Ordinance is available for public review in the office of the City Recorder located at 1950 S. Highway 89, Perry, Utah (south entrance).
