- AGENDA Shayne Scott, County Manager Monday, June 2, 2025 NOTICE is hereby given that Shayne Scott, County Manager, will conduct two public hearings and take possible action on the proposed Final Subdivision Plat for the Promontory Horizon Point Subdivision (14 Lots), located off Painted Valley Pass, Parcel SS-54-A and Final Subdivision Plat for the Promontory Scenic Valley Subdivision (25 Lots), located off Painted Valley Pass, Parcels SS-52 and SS-54-A Monday, June 2, 2025, at 1:00 PM, at the anchor location of the Summit County Courthouse, Executive Conference Room, 60 N.
