- Notice of the Regular Meeting Agenda of the PLANNING COMMISSION OF LAYTON, UTAH FOR Tuesday, June 10, 2025 PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the regular meeting of the Planning Commission of Layton, Utah, will be held on Tuesday, June 10, 2025 in the City Council Chambers, 437 North Wasatch Drive, Layton, Utah, at 7:00 PM. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION APPROVAL OF MINUTES: PLANNING COMMISSION WORK AND REGULAR MEETINGS - MAY 27, 2025. ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW 1. Knowlton Elm Street Subdivision - PRELIMINARY PLAT The applicant, Edward K. Knowlton, is requesting preliminary plat approval for a two-lot subdivision that includes right-of-way dedication to the City. The property is located at 599 East Elm Street. ADJOURNMENT
