- Tooele County proposes to sell a parcel of property located as 38 S. Main Street in Tooele, Utah 84074. The parcel legal description is: COM NE COR LOT 5, BLK 3, PLAT A, TCS, W 20.24 RDS TO ALLEY, S 3 RDS, E 20.24 RDS TO MAIN ST, N 3 RDS TO BEG. The parcel number of the property is 02-028-0-0012. The proposed purchaser of the property is Friends of Switchpoint, Inc. The proposed purchase price of the property is $1,500,000. A public hearing will be held on June 24, 2025 at 7:00 PM in the Tooele County Council Chambers at 47 S. Main Street, Tooele, UT 84074. Members of the public are invited to attend and provide comments to Tooele County.
