- BUSINESS: The Town Council has asked the Planning and Zoning board to re-look at removing the last sentence of Article 5, Section 503, Number 7 which states: No unattached garage, accessory building or outbuilding may be built on the front of the lot. The Town Councils concern is safety, they want to ensure that an ambulance or fire truck will be able to get to the house with ease.
