- Petitioner Kelly Scott is seeking guardian and conservatorship of Nevaeh Skylee Black. Remote Appearance GUARDIANSHIP - MINOR is scheduled. Date: 06/02/2025 Time: 10:00 a.m. Before Judge: BRIAN CANNELL Courts Website: https://legacy.utcourts.gov/cal/ This hearing will not take place at the courthouse. It will be conducted remotely. Contact the court to provide your current email address. If you do not have access to a phone or other electronic device to appear remotely, notify the court. UCJA Rule 4-401.02: court proceedings, including electronic proceedings, may NOT be recorded, photographed, or transmitted.
